Riverside Aquatics and Crafts is a family run business with many years experience within the aquatic hobby.

We are established in a 17th century converted barn with ample free parking, situated  within the centre of the picturesque village of Eardisland which has facilities of tea rooms and public houses for those requiring refreshments.Eardisland is on the well known river Arrow on the famous Black and White trail within the county of Herefordshire.

Mission statement

Riverside Aquatics and Craft`s mission is to ensure all customers to the aquatic hobby and throughtout their hobby life time are given the best possible professonal advice on the keeping and managing of both tropical and cold water aquarium fish, along with top quality live stock all ancillary equipment, foods and treatments. We are not here, just to sell fish. 

Live stock

All live stock are quarantined untill they are ready for sale, all stock are in separate filtered tanks so no water is mixed from one tank to another to keep stock in the best health.
Live stock is guaranteed for 48 hours with receipt and water sample.

We offer a unique personal service of advice and sales, on our tropical and cold water fish and reptiles, from first time start up to the established hobbyist, in a warm and friendly enviroment.

Along side the aquatic shop, we have a craft and gift shop offering a varitity of small china and pottery goods, too books, small antiques, unusual door stops, small ornaments ,jewellery and much more. An intriging shop for the browser and those looking for the unusual gift.

Mail order service

We are happy to provide a mail order service on all items for those customers that have difficulty in coming to the shop in person. Please phone for details.

Customer notice

We are having a bit of a change with our opening times, we are now going to be closed on Sunday`s starting from the 1st of June and opening later in the evenings until 6pm, I am trying to tell as many people as I can about the change, but I apologies to anyone who turns up and we are closed from the 1st June...

As normal we are always her to help even if the shop is closed you can contact me via email or phone ( mobile given to those who would like it ) I am always checking my emails and messages, we value you custom and input to the shop, so any probs let me know.....

Great news! we are now selling Reptiles and dry goods everything from Bearded Dragons, Snakes, Gecko`s, Dwarf chameleons and Anolis Lizards and more...

We will also be stocking Live and Frozen foods, but because this is a new baby at the moment we are just buying to order and will keep more in stock as time goes on so if there are any live foods or frozen foods that you require then please phone the shop for more information.

We have a variety of tank decor from plastic plants,plastic ornaments and our favorite is our large Betta ornaments, tanks, plane wrecks and boat wrecks these really make any tank come alive!

Most of our plastics are from the Betta range and Classic which are of the highest quality...

If you like the natural aquarium, we have a wide selection of tropical plants.

All our plants are flown in direct from Singapore so they arrive fresh and healthy..
